I had a BAD EXPERIENCE WITH someone from Trip.com who called me about my credit card that had been declined, which it had, I told the lady that I hadn't used the card in a bout a year and Wells Fargo had texed me to find out if it was me using the card, I told them yes it was and it was ok, They told me if it was declined to tell then to run it again and it would be approved the second time around , I told this to the lady and she wouldn't listen to me she demanded a second card number, which i didn't give her and asked her to run the card again I had to ask her 3 times to run it again and she finally said ok , She called back about 15 minutes later and said it was declined again, which i didn't believe her, so I called the Hotel and talked to a manager, and she ran it and it was appro

We chose to stay at this hotel based on a strong recommendation, and while there were some positives, the experience was unfortunately marred by a frustrating check-in process.||We had requested early check-in and adjoining rooms well in advance and were reassured days before that it would not be an issue. However, when we arrived, we were told the hotel had been sold out the night before and that our rooms were not ready. We ended up waiting more than an hour past the official check-in time, only to be told that the adjoining rooms we requested were unavailable. We reluctantly accepted separate rooms just to get settled.||To make matters worse, one of the rooms we were given had an unpleasant issue. We then had to go through the hassle of switching rooms again. Thankfully, the staff did

I had two very different experiences at this hotel, so I’ll call this a 3/5 overall. Phase one, from booking to check-in, was genuinely 5/5. When I booked through a third party, I requested a baby crib in the comment box. The hotel actually responded the next day and explained they couldn’t guarantee one since I was still a week away, but advised me to follow up on arrival. I did, and the crib was already in the room waiting for us. At check-in, there were no luggage carts available because of the crowd, but one of the employees literally went searching through the floors to find any that guests had finished using, and came back within minutes with two carts. That effort alone was impressive, and yes, we returned them afterward. The warm indoor pool in December was another unexpected highl

Stayed here for the Thursday night football game between the Eagles and Giants. Very convenient to MetLife stadium (we walked to the game), and our room was clean, had nice beds and a shower, and offered plenty of space. The staff were very nice and there is plenty of parking. The is a bar in the lobby, small pool and a nicely equipped gym as well! My only critiques are the $10 you have to pay to park overnight at the hotel (it should definitely be included in the cost of the room) and the quality of the breakfast. There should be food choices that are much healthier and don't focus so much on sugar. I would stay here again BUT it may not be my first choice if I can find parking included and better food elsewhere.

Decent place to stay. Pros: I had a clean room with clean linens and almost everything in working order. Cons: the thermostat in my room had a mind of its own. When you leave in the morning, and come back at night, it has reset itself. When the temperature outside is 15 degrees, expect that you will need to reset it to your temperature EVERYDAY. In addition, the $10+ tax and/or fees (!!) parking per day caught me off guard. While easily done via cell phone, getting the receipt needed wasn't as easy. It would have been easier just to charge it to the room. Lastly-there are no onsite restaurants. Just a bar and a sad, tiny little hotel-run market with freezer burned microwaveable foods in their mini freezer.
