SpringHill Suites by Marriott Deadwood

It was our first time to Deadwood in over 20 years. We wanted a hotel that offered a pool and hot tub. This one did not disappoint! They have the best hot tub and pool. We spent 3 hours there while the others in our party gambled. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is quiet. Staff was super friendly and so helpful. We were able to walk downtown. It's about a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend booking your next room here.

King bed room was large and very comfortable. Housekeeping was Great and met all of our needs. Hotel was within walking distance to Downtown Deadwood and Shuttle was right out front.

Wow is all I can say, talk about a pleasant surprise, this was such a well run hotel. The rooms were impeccable and the breakfast was really nice! All of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I look forward to coming back in the summer during peak season!

Was told at check in that parking the garage is $15 but that it is include with a stay. I confirmed with them that it was including the room rate to which they said yes. Then at check out they charged us $15 for parking and when I asked about it they told us the exact opposite. This is very disappointing and not what I would have expected from a Marriot location. My bonvay account had already disappeared and I had to create a new one. It might be time to start staying with another company if this is how it has become.
