SpringHill Suites by Marriott Centreville Chantilly

I had a wonderful stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Centreville, VA. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to sincerely thank the Manager for running such a professional and friendly hotel. A special thank you to Elizabeth for her excellent service and lovely hospitality, she truly went above and beyond and made me feel very welcome. I also want to recognize the cleaning lady Consuelo, who did an outstanding job keeping everything spotless and organized, and James, the new team member, who was polite, helpful, and eager to assist. This Hotel is such a hidden gem! Between the breakfast, clean rooms, and extremely friendly staff you can’t ask for more! Not to mention if you’re a Marriott bonvoy number they offer a spin wheel system to win extra points for a free stay! The area the hotel is located in has so many great food options something for each member of the family! Any time I find myself coming back to Northern VA this is my home away from home!

Positive: The location and staff Negative: Check out at 12, Saturday night we went out late of course. Lawn services started loud and early outside our window so forget sleeping. Needs to start around 11 if checkout is 12 no one wants to hear that while sleeping. Also room was not clean enough

The place is good. Has large parking. Cleaning of room is on 3rd day of our stay. That time our towel are soaking wet. Room is comfortable and nice. Breakfast is serving boiled egg, scumble egg, beagle, orange juice, cook your own waffle, fruits like oranges and bananas

This was a very frustrating experience. I called ahead of time to see if I could pay cash and they said yes and then a card on file. I drove 45 min there and the guy looked at me like I was crazy saying “that wasn’t us we don’t do that” after I showed him the number it was the right number and location.. but anyways I went and added the money to my card. Once I got back, we THE MANAGER ASMA had a 30 minute back and forth with me trying to pay saying he deleted the card from the system so I could no longer pay with it. I asked multiple times why can’t I swipe the card? Do I need to re book it online? So I just can’t… pay..? Finally he said “wait you have the card on you?” I said YESSSSS ITS MY CARD?!?! He continued to argue back and forth saying if I would’ve explained things better we wou
