Extended Stay America Suites- Washington D.C. - Centreville - Manassas

Conveniently located near various grocery stores, restaurants, and Routes 28 & 29. Hotel itself was very clean and peaceful. Lisa at the front desk upgraded us to a spacious key suite and provided us with the appropriate kitchenware to make our stay more comfortable!

I stayed a little over a month because I was in between permanent housing. The staff at the front desk was very attentive and friendly. They were there whenever I needed something. Kahlil (?spelling) and Lisa were very professional and provided excellent customer service. I didn’t know when my apartment would be ready so I couldn’t commit to the whole month right away. I had to keep making new reservations and sometimes last minute. They worked hard to fit me in because the hotel was full and gave me upgrades. The housekeeper was so sweet, friendly and called me by name. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a safe location. The breakfast was grab and go, and the coffee was hot and tasty. Also, it was nice to be able to do my laundry there. I was very comfortable and would be happy to stay

Positive: The steel bed frames were topnotch. The cleanliness of the room was good. The chosen toilet and plumbing were great. The staff was in general very polite and professional. Parking felt safe. Location great. Negative: Did not like the weak stream of the shower. A definite drawback that will keep me from coming back. If you can?t have a nice shower experience every day in a hotel, might as well find another one.

When I entered the extended stay establishment’s lobby it was quiet, clean, and tidy. The front desk attendant, Lisa, was ready to assist me. She provided me with my door key card, tips for connecting to their internet, continental breakfast in the lobby area from 6:00AM-9:00AM, and informed me of the check-out time at 11:00AM. Lisa was pleasant to speak to and offered her condolences since I was staying to attend my mom’s burial. Then, I entered my non-smoking, room and it smelled clean and the large window in the room offered ample natural light. The bed was made nicely and had a desk, office chair, and another chair by the window. There was an iron and ironing board, which I needed to use. The shower’s water temperature was excellent. I stay at ESA for the first time. The location was perfect for me. Near restaurants and freeways. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Now the negatives. The rooms were very outdated. There were holes and visible patches everywhere. The bathroom sink was cracked and cracked caulking all around. The kitchen backsplash and the vent hood were dirty. The bed sheets and towels had hair in them🤢. Overall front desk staff and location were great. I will unfortunately not be staying here again.
