Great staff and location, bummer was there was no hot water even though it was super cold out… however they refunded us $100 for the inconvenience which was super nice! Another thing was the door in the hall are EXTREMELY loud and when I mean extremely loud I really mean that, hard to get sleep, I get they need to shut properly but if they could do that and not be so loud that would be better definitely future wise. Beds were very comfy & breakfast was awesome. No complaints about the bathroom, squeaky clean with fancy shampoo. I’m satisfied but there could be improvements for the future for sure. 👍

Checked in for 2 nights on December 1st, used my CC to check in, and paid with cash when checking out. Over 30 days later this property is still holding an almost $500 authorization on my CC. I've stayed in Marriotts over 900 times (Lifetime Platinum Elite) and never have I encountered this unprofessional and deceptive experience. I now have to take this up with my bank and will certainly write a letter to the State Attorney General.

Hotel room is spacious. Staffs were friendly and nice. Breakfast is great! Staff even "topped up" additional when we asked if the item got ran out. Just that house keeping is every other day.

I stayed at this location because it was close to the hospital and I was having a proceedure. The evening FD was very friendly and hospitable. I entered my room exhausted from a long day. Immediately I noticed the light switch when turned on didn't work properly, it was connected to the desk and was flickering on and off. The desk partition rattled when walking and the toilet ran. I was able to maneuver the chain in the tank to get it to stop. At this point all I wanted to do was prepare for my proceedure in the morning, so I went to sleep. Upon checking out I informed the morning FD of the rattling of the desk partition and was like thanks for the information. Guess it is no big deal. What I don't understand is if housekeeping cleans the room, they don't inform anyone of these issues. Ove

I work for a big corporation. I am a corporate trainer and when a Trainee comes in from all parts of the United States we have them stay here, the expectation is that they will be treated with the utmost respect and that was not the case Peter the front was rude to one of my trainees .If this type of behavior continues, we will choose another hotel as there are options. She was made to feel embarrassed because she did not have a car to put on file. We are a multi million dollar corporation and when I say myself that someone will be called to put a card on bio, you let my Trainee get situated in most cases they've been flying since the early morning,went through a first day of training. tired and they wanna rest. we need to do better.
