SpringHill Suites by Marriott Camp Hill

This hotel is top tier, the staff is very professional and friendly. Room was extremely clean as well as all hotel spaces. The front desk clerk Keisha took genuine interest in our stay and always asked my son how his hockey games went, as we were staying for a hockey tournament in the area. This hotel is our first choice from here on out for any stay that we need in the Harrisburg/Hershey/ Camp Hill area. Thank you to all the staff for making this trip so positive

I am a regular. And I love this property for many reasons…chiefly, the great staff. Holly, Linda, Mark, Travis and Tiffany…all great every week. But this week I was puzzled when the Christmas decorations that were up, were taken down? This is my home away from home (like it is for many) and the decorations made it warm and welcoming. Please explain why they were taken down? Not good business in my opinion.

I'll start out by saying, the staff here was wonderful. Very helpful and kind. However- the rooms have a serious flaw. The door to the bathroom is translucent. This makes it to where no one could be in the bathroom if someone in the room was asleep without the whole room lighting up. I couldn't put my kids down and then get ready for bed or wake up early to get ready first. The beds were also very hard, and the pillows were terrible. No fluff in them, might has well not have had a pillow.

1 night stay on a road trip. |Good:|-Great location next to mall, several restaurants and Trader Joe’s right next door.|-Newer stylish room that was clean and comfortable.|-Staff were all friendly and welcoming.|Bad:|-No recognition whatsoever on my platinum elite status…not sure they understood? They were very polite, but had difficulty adding a gift card to my bill.|-No offer to upgrade room…not sure there was an option as they were all the same?|-Have stayed in other Marriott suite chains…this was more of a studio vs full suite. Tiny microwave and dorm size fridge was the only kitchen space. A bit tight for space, but adequate.|-hotel was full…more young kids than adults! They were all running through the hallways and very noisy! Front desk rep tried to quiet them down!?!?||Next time, I

As a clean freak, it's rare for me to feel comfortable in a hotel, but this one was so clean. Jennifer C. (I think that's what the card said) does an amazing job!
