SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boulder Longmont

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on our road trip toward Rockies. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The staff are professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold options, perfect for families. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable after a long day of driving. It’s a great stopover for anyone traveling through Rockies. Highly recommend this hotel for families and road-trippers.

Positive: Bed was so comfortable Negative: Some spots on the bathroom ceiling need scrubbed and something spilled on the air conditioner needed cleaned.

The hotel was outdated but comfortable. But we can't give a better review because of the check/in check/out cc charging process. We asked to use a different cc than we booked the hotel with yet there was a $350 5 day hold on both cards as well as the charges for the stay. Not cool.

I highly recommend the Holiday Inn express next door. The breakfast was subpar (through no fault of the employees). The eggs were powdered and the breakfast sandwiches were soggy. The pool was out of service our entire stay (again, through no fault of the employees) and there is no hot tub. To be fair, we were offered the use of the pool at the two other Marriott hotels nearby, but walking around wet at night was less than appealing. The bath tub in our room had a brown stain. The walls seemed paper thin, thin enough to hear the occupants next door talking. Thankfully, we only had neighbors for one night. I do want to stress that all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Room nothing fancy but clean breakfast that usual. housekeepers front desk staff wonderful people!! Nia she's an amazing a rock on this place with a very contagious energy and good vibes everyone makes us feel like we were in home we came to visit family for a birthday party we definitely recommend this hotel if you like a quiet place this is the one thanks EVERYONE WE definitely coming back ❤ 😊
