The three stars come how long it takes to recieve your incidental deposit back. We stayed here at the start of the month. It is still pending to date. Now the great thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone you encounter, will be absolutely lovely. Great attitudes and helpful comments. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was okay. The grounds were clean. Everything worked as it should. We loved the fire place. Full kitchen two room suite. 10/10 I would recommend. Whenever family comes in town this is where I will be sending them. You can work from here as well the internet connection is stable. I have all good things to say about the stay and the experience. I will swiftly and happily change to five stars once I get my hot 40 dollars back. Did I mention that incidental charge is only

Mediocre at best.|We stayed 3 nights, and our room was never cleaned.|Room, upon check in was clean, but run down. The shower curtain didn’t fit the shower, so floor got wet. The closet doors were missing, so no full length mirror. The bedroom was so small that you had to turn sideways to get past the tv stand. |The kitchen was barely stocked with glasses and dishes. The breakfast room didn’t have any white sugar. You had to go to the front desk to ask for the packs that are in the rooms for the coffee maker. That was the oddest thing about the stay. |In hindsight, we wished we had stayed at the Courtyard across the parking lot.

Breakfast was weak, feels like it was phoned in. Only hot options, Oatmeal, eggs and either bacon or sausage but not both. There was a waffle station, which is a nice touch. They also had standard bread items, such as bagels, English muffins, and toast bread.

We were so pleased with our hotel stay. After a 15-plus hour overnight drive, the manager helped us get into our room early so we could get some much needed rest. I was so grateful for that! Our room was comfortable. It was great to have a separate bedroom for the adults, and our kids slept well on the fold-out couch. The little kitchen was useful, as we stocked up on groceries before heading out to our mountain house the next day. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel buffet! Also, having a choice of Celestial Seasonings teas and hot cocoas available all the time in the lobby was a nice treat for us--our children loved being able to choose what they wanted. Our room seemed clean, the bed pretty comfortable. I would highly recommend this h

We stayed here for a U Colorado football game, worked out well, lower cost than Boulder. Facility / rooms are a bit dated, but clean and everything worked well. Typical breakfast. Indoor pool was nice enough and no one using it, thus easy to do laps. Fire pit outside was nice, and popular but not overcrowded. You can hear nearby railroad main line at night, but not terribly loud, depends on your room location I guess. A bit silly that they charge $5 for parking, atypical for a suburban location with tons of land, a weak and annoying attempt at scrounging up some additional revenue, but waived for Platinum Elites upon request. Good enough place to stay.
