Extended Stay America Select Suites- Firestone

This is a great extended stay, the hotel front desk are super nice welcoming especially Jada, moving into a hotel isn’t an easy process and Jada from the moment I called to inquire to me staying and asking basic questions has done nothing but made me feel heard and just showed basic human kindness! THANK YOU JADA give that girl a raise! The GM is amazing as well and all her staff! Thank you extended stay family!!!

Positive: I did not stay in the room. They would not let me check in. I called 4 times to tell them that we would need a late check in. They assured me that if I arrived by a specific time I could check in. When I arrived they said that I could not check in. Negative: Everything

This is one of the best hotels in the area, if not the best. The kitchen and full size fridge is amazing and the vicinity to all of these places to eat is a dream. I love it. Really clean too, floors literally shine and it smells pleasant.

I just want to be sure the manager and her employees at the front desk of the Longmont co location are recognized for being the most respectful and courteous hotel employees I've met in quite some time. Thank you for providing a great service for me throughout my stay at your beautiful hotel.

I have to first say that Keisha and Jaeda are amazing people! Since I’ve been at this location, the girls have been kind and welcoming, ensuring that I enjoyed my stay. The rest of the staff are also really helping and sweet. Now the current manager comes off passive aggressive and nasty, she even had the nerve to ask me what my health condition was in front of her staff, when I told her that my dog is a service animal and I’ve already been staying there for about week. At that point I felt harassed.
