SpringHill Suites by Marriott Allentown Bethlehem/Center Valley

I have stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Allentown Bethlehem/Center Valley twice, both times during my cousin’s wedding in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Since my cousin lives nearby, our entire family booked this hotel and we had around 10 rooms reserved. Overall it was a really great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. The bedsheets were clean and crisp, the restrooms were spotless, and everything felt organized and fresh. The rooms also had all the amenities you would expect including good towels, a hairdryer, and a properly working heating and AC system which made the stay very comfortable. I stayed here because I was working out of town. The suite feels very homey. Plenty of room. The couch paired with and ottoman made it a nice option for kicking back with some TV. The shower was amazing and a great looking bathroom. The king size bed was a little firmer than I like. I only wish I could've tried their breakfast but my work starting time prevented that. Friendly staff and a mini bar in the lobby made it feel upscale. Great place to stay. 4 stars because of the bed

We stayed here for our wedding weekend along with family and friends, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Aimee was incredible to work with - she kept us updated throughout the booking process and managed our wedding block seamlessly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and truly beautiful; our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it. The rooms were wonderful, and I really appreciated that we were placed on a separate floor away from our guests for added privacy. Everyone had a great stay with no issues at all. We also loved how close the hotel is to the Saucon Valley Promenade. Overall, a fantastic stay - we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Positive: Clean room. Negative: The pool heater was not functioning and the pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. There was water damage on the bathroom ceiling. The sliding door for the bathroom allows light to shine through which lights up the whole room at night.

This is a beautiful, modern hotel with quiet surroundings, streaming apps in the rooms, and very friendly staff. The overall atmosphere feels upscale and welcoming. I do not consider myself picky in anyway but I did run into a few inconveniences during my stay: • When I first arrived, I noticed long hair all over the couch. The rest of the room was very clean, so I’m guessing it was just overlooked, but it stood out. • Food delivery drivers (like DoorDash) aren’t allowed to bring orders to your room. You have to go down to the lobby to get it, which was a bit inconvenient after getting ready for the night. I travel frequently so this was a first — though I understand WHY. • The bathroom setup was surprising — there were two shampoos and one conditioner, but no body wash/soap, even though
