Knights Inn Center Valley

This hotel was absolutely unacceptable. There wasn’t even a proper bed - just a mattress thrown on the floor. The smoke detector had a bag over it, which is a major safety hazard. The bathroom had a dirty towel on the floor, and the door lock didn’t even work. When my brother mentioned these issues to the person at the front desk, he was told, ‘Don’t worry about it. It’s a safe area.’ That’s not an acceptable response when the room itself is unsafe and unsanitary. My brother chose not to stay under those conditions, but when he returned to the front desk to check out, no one was there. He should have received a refund given the state of the room and the fact that he didn’t stay, but that never happened. Completely unprofessional, unclean, and unsafe.

One of the worst motels I've ever stayed in. When I got there at 5 PM, the man at the desk had trouble finding my reservation. He finally admitted they gave away my King bed room and only have a double left. Interesting, since the parking lot was nearly empty. When I got to the room, I was shocked. Very old furnishings throughout the room. The extra door locks were broken, and when I opened the chest or drawers, roaches. I checked out the beds and left everything on top of them. Exhausted, I slept a few hours with lights on and on top of the bed, and left at 3 AM. Disgusting hotel, gets a 0 rating. Considering contacting the local health department.

Filthy hotel, noisy, lots of bugs, bed had a crazy sink in the middle, nasty towels, the key coder didn't work so I had to get the desk attendant to open my room every time I stepped out. Were talking 15-20 min wait to get in my room every time. The morning of check out as I loaded my truck I had to close my room door to ensure safety only 2 trips, 1 hr and 45 min to get in my room for the second trip. Made me late to drop my freight. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES stay at the MOTEL. This place is a dump and should be demolished. Apparently it offers long term stay so people actually live here. I though I was back in college in a dorm because half the night there was loud talking, music, doors being opened and closed and I saw a roach in the bathroom. There are still command hooks on the wall from when someone used to live in this room. Several tiles in the bathroom along the wall are chipped off and the paint in various places is chipped off the walls. And both beds sag. Oh yeah and it’s supposed to be no smoking but the whole building smells like an ashtray.

“The staff was mediocre. The receptionists were not helpful at all. The rooms were messy , and no room service to speak of .Will not be coming back! “I recently had to stay at Knights inn, and it was a horrible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude beyond measure I was clearly not a priority , made my stay the worst ever. The hotel’s poor location made exploring impossible without driving every where, I can’t wait to leave here . I do not recommended! This place was a nightmare and probably has bugs
