Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown Bethlehem Center Valley

We loved this facility because of the proximity to shops and restaurants. Easy off our route. Felt like a safe area. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Linens and pillows nice quality with awesome pillows.The morning breakfast was one of the best we have had with such a large selection and a delicious omelet station. The service staff was great. The people were so nice and helpful.

Best experience I have had at a Hilton chain yet, and we have stayed at multiple all over. Front desk, breakfast staff, to guest services everyone seemed to enjoy their job here and it should through the smiles and overall willingness to do a little extra for the customers. The management team here is obviously on their game. Good job. Thank you for the great experience.

This place is run by a bunch of untrained people. There are front desk staff who tell me I can buy alcohol all night long. There is a guy at night times who "sell" alcohol all night long. All of a sudden one night woman named Shannon tells it is state law alcohol cannot be served after 2am. 1) Train your front desk staff to give accurate information. 2) Check the camera and find out how the man does give out alcohol and does not log those in. Yes the man sitting in the little room with a CPAP machine.

My entire stay was extremely pleasant. The breakfast for a hotel was incredible. I loved the wide selection and the addition of Omelet Chef was really neat. The site was Beautiful and Clean. It wad in a quiet location and not far from downtown Allentown.
