I moved here from another site because I wanted less. Less noise, drama, traffic. Spirit of Texas delivers that! Yes. They are new and don’t have all the amenities just yet but no one is using a pool right now and laundry facilities are close enough in town. Family owned and lived! There is something to be said for that! Great group of people!
