Spinning Wheel Motel

We stayed here 10/15/25. Room was very clean and nice especially at that price, mid week $65.00 for a king, after tax total. There's two building here, we were in the rear building and it was nice and quiet. Note, the parking is not right in front of the door so if you have a heavy cooler you may end up leaving it in the car, I did, lol. It appears the owners are who checked us in, he was very nice but not chatty. Their living quarters are attached to the office, whatever they were cooking smelled great, curry and garlic... I almost asked for some, lol. Yes, we would absolutely stay here again. We love the old 50's style motels, this one was clean and nice

Positive: The motel experience where you door is on the outside by the parking. Negative: Beware, the check in time is 8 pm. We checked in at 9pm and was threatened to cancel our reservation. Dude was not nice and made it seem like a favor that he let us stay there. No breakfast available either.

We loved this motel. It is a great price and the owners are very kind. The room was clean and perfect for us. We were there for skiing at Devil’s Head and it wasn’t a bad drive to the resort. It is a simple motel without frills but we will definitely be back next year.

This hotel is definitely you get what you paid for. The elderly lady in front was kind to us so no real issue there. The hotel itself was clean and presentable. The rooms are very spacious. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. I've never hurt before just by sleeping. Otherwise, check in was at 3pm. We had no issues and didn't have issues checking out early. If you're on a budget this is a decent place to stay. They don't allow pets however. There is no continental breakfast either. They do have wifi. It is great if you just need a place to crash and don't mind sleeping on what feels like a slab.

The property was very clean and hospitable. The reception people were amazing and very kind! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice as well. There was free parking right outside the rooms and a gas station and grocery store next door.
