Pinehaven Country Inn

Super cute place close to skiing and Baraboo, not too far from the Dells. Owners Lisa and Dave are great, have a nice little common room setup. The room we stayed in was very clean, nicely decorated, good bathroom and shower. Plus, they have two super friendly dogs! We definitely plan to stay here again during future trips to the area.

Lisa & Dave has a beautiful property. You felt at home when we were greeted by Lisa . We went to wollersheim winery and we were looking for a place to stay . Pinehaven came up and it caught my attention with the serene atmosphere and the dogs and horses . Maddie greeted us. It such a peaceful and friendly environment. It a wonderful place to let your troubles and stress go.|It was awesome feeding the horses.|Max is my spiritual horse. Very calming and so sweet. Upon arriving the first thing we see are 2 beautiful horses. Which love company and are friendly. Then we checked in and Lisa was amazing, I travel frequently this was my most warm and welcoming encounter I have ever received anywhere. Felt like I was right at home. They also have two of the most friendly dogs ever as well, who I was able to cuddle with. This place has great relaxing and quiet scenery, a pond you can fish in, benches where you can sit and read a book or drink tea under the pine trees, a swing overlooking the pond. Lisa and Dave do an excellent job at maintaining this property inside and out, you can tell their hearts are set on making their inn an enjoyable stay for each and every one of their guests. My spouse and I loved staying here. Lisa greeted us warmly and all of her restaurant/food recommendations made it easy for us to find delicious places to eat. The property is beautiful, serene and our room was extra comfortable and cool during a challenging heatwave. Loved meeting her dogs and horses too! We would return. Baraboo is a super interesting little town too - I wish we had more time to explore.

We Enjoyed our stay. Very beautiful location, yard is so nice. Lisa kept in contact from before our stay, texting about ways to get around town, to suggesting places to eat in town. We stayed in the Antique Room. The Room was clean, the shower had really nice pressure, and I loved the sink outside of the bathroom.... One of use could get ready, while the other was showering. Stayed for four evenings and enjoyed using the Common Area for watching our shows in the evening. So close to the Dells, it was a quiet get away from the city, but close enjoy to drive to the attractions every day.
