Spider Shores Resort

A hidden gem, wonderful and friendly owners who have owned it about 5 years I believe. The reviews about poor service were from the previous owner please disregard those. The property is clean, well kept, and the lodge is stocked with most items you could need in a pinch. We will be back!

My family has vacationed here starting with my grandfather, father, now our family's. It's my favorite place to be. At least 50 years of memories. I hadn't been back for a little while, my sister and her family were keeping up the tradition, but I came back this year and I'm so glad I did. The new owners are doing a great job and are very friendly. Sadly the previous owner was a troubled person and wasn't a welcoming person. Thank you for helping our family make even more memories with our children. Update: I came back and will as long as I can. This is a magical place for our family. Lots of memories from the past and now with our own kids. I was reading all the reviews and the current owners have brought this resort back to a kid friendly, pet friendly, family vacation spot. Rachel and Travis went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent vacation. Our cabin was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and baking and the sunset views were gorgeous. Fishing was great! It was very convenient to rent a boat and motor and have it ready and waiting for you at the dock. Make sure you pick up a fishing hotspot map at the office. The store was fully stocked with reasonable prices for any groceries or fishing items you may need. Some great improvements have been made to the resort with the new owners. We will definitely be back to visit again.
