I enjoy living there for over two years with furnished rooms with laundry. management was kind and considered and maintenance service was great. Plenty of parking space and you can cook in the kitchen and highly recommend this place.
Month to month furnished rooms, on site laundry, very close to my job in Albany, mature tenants, you can relax together in the common areas (with flat screen TV), but there's no frat house recklessness. An excellent place for a professional, grad student, etc.
I have lived here for 3 yrs ... just perfect and convenient ... Landlord is great and keep up the property really well ... everyone is friendly ... it is a true blessings!
I highly recommend the Spaulding House, very clean quiet, & comfy. The owners are very sensitive to any special needs. It is less than 20 minutes from Albany Medical Center
I lived here for over a year and I really enjoyed it. Friendly neignbors are what you will have! Dennis keeps the place clean and tidy
