Holiday Inn Express & Suites East Greenbush(Albany-Skyline) by IHG

We used the Holiday Inn Express and Suites East Greenbush for our wedding room block and we couldn't be happier with the service! Our suite was roomy, comfy and clean. Samantha and the entire team were so welcoming and excited for our event. We heard from multiple guests that everyone they spoke to was very helpful, kind, and patient. The communication leading up to our wedding and the day of was excellent. Their attention to detail was super helpful and much appreciated. We would definitely recommend!

Positive: Location to my events. Breakfast was pretty good and ladies kept it well stocked. Very clean hotel and comfortable beds. Negative: Particular to our room: AC didn’t seem to cool the room well, bathroom door was sticky and wouldn’t close easily, only had 3 sets towels even though room sleeps 4. We got another set right away though.

Stayed here on a Saturday night in July. It is right off I-90 for travelers. If you are into photos, there is a great view of the Albany skyline from the parking lot. The hotel is in good condition. There are plenty of restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores at this exit if you are traveling. The room was perfect and the free breakfast the next morning was really good. The staff were friendly and they were fine we left 15 minutes after checkout.

The rooms were clean, warm, and spacious. The attendants at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Just be careful with the toaster... the setting was misleading. Place it in "0" to avoid burnt toast. Ask me how I know this fact.

Nice hotel. Had to stay here because the hotels closer to the school were ridiculously overpriced. Surprisingly we saved money and the hotel was very nice. The employees were friendly and let us check in early. The comp breakfast was cool and the stay served its purpose for one night.
