Spark by Hilton West Coxsackie

It was such a stressful weekend and then Monday did not get any better so Me and my family could not stay in the house because the furnace was not working and there was a lot going on with it. I did not know what to do as to where to go and anything else and who was gonna take all of us. Let me just say they were super accommodating for me really helped out, And very caring. This woman Amanda really helped us and then the guy that I saw during the day very helpful. Very kind. Especially after having A here and trying to find out when the furnace is going to get fixed and get heat in the house and not rely on heaters that was not cutting it really. This was just perfect. The shower spacious. We had the right amount of beds. They were queen size beds. It was just absolutely perfect.

Spark Hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything feels well-maintained and efficient. A great choice for travelers looking for a simple, reliable, and pleasant stay.

This hotel was bought by Hilton from Best Western. But, giving it a name "Hilton" does not give them a license to raise prices of a room to Luxury hotel level, which I had to pay. I wouldn't pay more than $39.99, if I HAD A CHOICE. The rooms were not clean, things were broken ( toilet paper holder was not there & rolls were on the floor) etc.|Though the staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were like they belong to cheap hotels.

Basic hotel with clean, comfortable room. Very basic..so not a place to stay if looking for a bunch of extras, but a good place to lay your head for the night. Shout out to the maintenance worker who shoveled out my coworker's and I cars after a snow storm. Staff was friendly.

Positive: nothing Negative: Toxic smell everywhere to the point where it feels as acid has been poured down your nose and throat. Hotel charged my card 3 times, manager has not been responsive for over 4 days. Absolute disgrace to the Hilton Brand!
