I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Every front desk attendant I came across was welcoming and kind. The breakfast spread had so much variety there was something for everyone. The building is an older design, having only stairs to get to the second floor. However, I'm not taking a star for that because I knew that prior to booking and knew that was comfortable for me. My room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I love the outdoors and it was very close to several parks and nature preserves for me to escape to after work. It is also close to the local gas station and grocery store if you forgot anything.The gym is what you would expect for a hotel gym and I was able to tackle several types of workouts. Under construction on both floors, drywall & drywall screws throughout the halls & I was traveling with the dog so that was fun making sure he didn't step on or eat any of the hazards on their floors. The room I was in had been remodeled but there was dry urine drips on the floor in front of the toilet. I took a shower and was disgusted to walk in the room with my bare feet after because the floor throughout the room had dry mud from boots, drywall pieces and dog hair from previous guests. The hotel is disgusting and shouldn't be renting rooms until they finish the construction and clean the place 🤢 I was only there for a few hours g did not take photos. If you don't believe me pay a hundred plus dollars a room and go see for yourself 🤷🏼‍♀️

The Best Western is now a Spark by Hilton. We didn’t get any heads up from either hotel - just arrived to find it was different. If you reserved via best western, make sure you have your confirmation email as Spark kept our reservations but tried to overcharge all of us without telling us. The hotel itself was recently renovated but it still isn’t great, the walls are paper thin and I could hear full conversations from my neighbors and their snoring all night. Bring earplugs! Also, the gym and pool are both closed right now and there is no elevator to the second floor, only stairs.

This place stinks. The walls are thin and the adjoining rooms have crappy locks. Slamming doors, loud staff and bickering past midnight. I’ve been in motels in Arizona that were safer. Why is the floor in a newly renovated room sticky? And the morning staff? Apathetic to any needs that may arise. The room I was in was freshly renovated and it was a seriously poor use of space. Do better BW!

This place is a 10 out of 5. I arrived close to midnight seeking a simple cheap bed on a long trip. Unsolicited, the staff offered me a room upgrade for free at check in because they had something better available. Bed was super comfy. Room was updated and clean. Pillows were fluffed. I noticed there was coffee and tea in the lobby (there is also a coffee maker in the room and fridge). When I went to get some hot water for tea, the staff redirected me to the adjacent breakfast room where the water was hotter. I noticed they are serving breakfast on sturdy compostable paper plates rather than environmentally hazardous Styrofoam or plastic I see consistently at comparable hotels. The staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming to this exhausted traveller. And they are d
