Spark by Hilton Tucson Reid Park

Clean and decent size. It seems like a good location but I'm not terribly familiar with the area. Looks like an older place that got a fresh coat of paint relatively recently, but it doesn't seem like a ton of other stuff has been updated.

Convenient location. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Hotel was full with lots of children. Some noise from people and children in hallways. Breakfast was chaos. Parking lot close to capacity. Still recommend and will select again - hopefully not so crazy busy!

Liked it when we arrived, but had a very mediocre stay. Continental breakfast was edible (toast, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs), but definitely underwhelming. That’s fine though. I’m just beyond annoyed that the hot tub was defunct on our visit. I need hotels to stop advertising pools and hot tubs that you can’t friggin use. Outlets in room didn’t work, mini fridge was disgusting when we arrived. Room was comically large compared to the tiny bathroom. Maid service is “every other day” which I’m sure is mentioned somewhere online, but I’ve never seen that before so didn’t know to look for it. We were there for two days, essentially meaning no maid service. Lastly, why do the complimentary toiletries not work. We had no body wash. Given there are tons of places to stay, I wouldn’t choose he

Positive: Location. good breakfast WHEN THEY BOTHERED TO REFILL ITEMS Negative: HORRIBLE management, rude and uncaring staff. Card key had to be rekeyed EVERY DAY, breakfast room wasn't open when they said it would be, Items weren't replaced and my phone calls to the manager were completely ignored.

The location was great, staff were friendly, and it was all around clean. The sheets lit up the dark room with static electricity light, so a little static guard in the laundry would help. The downside of the stay was it took 15 minutes for the shower to get to a luke warm state. It never got hot and there was low water pressure. The breakfast choices were minimal and disappointing with very small plates available. The front entrance door did not open without being buzzed in when we first arrived at 8pm. The front desk attendant said it was a known problem getting addressed within the week.
