Customer Reviews
The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Pillows are fluffy. Air conditioner works really well. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is the typical eggs, bacon, cereal. The only bread option is bagels which is fine with me. The pool and hot tub looked inviting but we didn’t use this time. They have the largest variety of snack items in the lobby I have seen at an hotel including wine. The walls are thin but I carry a fan so it was no problem for us. We would definitely stay again
I would have given 5 stars, but the checkout experience on 1/15/26 left a bad impression. The blonde Lady with the mask who assisted us was rather rude; she didn’t say anything but simply stretched out her hand to grab my card, without asking if everything was okay or acknowledging we were checking out. Now I'm left wondering if she wears her mask to avoid interacting with customers. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the restroom was impressively tidy—no stray hairs to be found! However, the breakfast didn’t meet our expectations. It consisted of the usual options, but nothing warm was available except bagels. Please see pics for breakfast options. Parking was quite limited, which could be an inconvenience for some. Positive: The friendly staff Negative: I didn?t like that there was no disclosure on how much fees were for pets. The bathroom floors didn?t appear to have been mopped in a while. The breakfast offerings are sparse.
Possibly the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was awakened at 3am by a symphony of slamming doors, stomping boots, crashing luggage, etc. The front desk said this happens every night from 3-4am when workers leave for the oil fields, so clearly this is a regular occurrence. Then at 5:30am, housekeeping staff arrived and had a loud, agitated exchange worthy of a telenovela in the corridor for 15 minutes. Don't stay here if you want to get any sleep.
A friend of mine and I stayed for the first time at Spark by Hilton in Nacogdoches, Texas, on the weekend of October 10 - 13, 2025. We had specifically chosen this hotel due to both its close location to a nearby training center and the name Hilton has always exemplified quality. During our stay, we enjoyed the spacious room accommodation and amenities. Ariana was especially helpful in our check-in and helping us throughout the weekend. My friend and I especially enjoyed the "continental breakfast" on the mornings of Saturday and Sunday mornings. Initially when we entered the breakfast area, we had difficulty in locating the eggs and sausage, as they were in the attached conference room away from the other breakfast selections. Fortunately, we found the coffee cart out in the lobby! I men
