I love the beds they’re soft and comfy. They were able to provide a room last minute. But a few complaints, the shower tub wasn’t working properly because when you shower the drain closes shut and makes the bathtub flood up and won’t drain unless you hold up the drain yourself. And the other problem was that the walls are thin because you can hear the showers run loudly above you, and the location is a bit odd.
This is an older hotel but the rooms and great areas are all remodeled. The rooms are a modern, mimilastic style. They are very large, with a separate sitting area, divided with a door. Everything was very clean. The price was very reasonable for the quality. Breakfast selection is limited but tasty. The staff was polite and accommodating. It was very quiet. Pet fee is higher than usual at $50. But the room value offset it. There was several grassy areas to potty dogs. The location is slightly sketchy. I saw a homeless person on the property but was assured by front desk staff that there hadn't been any problems. I had no issues with the stay and would go back.
Great place to stay. Newly remodeled, everything clean and new. The Hilton standard of cleanliness at half the price. REI directly across I25 and a nice brewpub next door. No microwave or coffee machine in the room but they are both in the breakfast area/lobby and to save $100 on a room I'll happily go without. Rooms large. Breakfast good with bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, cereal. Less than a mile from Costco and other places I like to go when I am in town. Staff all professional and friendly. This is my new go-to hotel in Albuquerque
Initially came due to the high overall stars. Outside appeared fine, room was dirty and smelled strongly and not in a good way. Clumps of hair in corners and in bathtub, yellow stains and hair on tissue box. Breakfast left lots to be desired, pretty much everything was something prepackaged except for hard boiled eggs. Floors were often dirty. Just spend the extra money to go to a nicer hotel.
Positive: Location Negative: Fire alarm at 5:AMWire on inside windows was strange, like we needed to be protected
