Spacious Skies Campgrounds - Peach Haven

We stopped in the day before to fill propane. While we there... I mentioned that their location would be an amazing place to i site astronomers to come... maybe peak the interest of young and old! We came back the next day to stay the night. No rickety picnic tables or rusty fire ring... nice table and chairs and clean fireplace with grill. We'll be back! (Pool was closed and didnt use the club house... next time!).

We’ve been coming to this campground since it was a KOA. Spacious Skies is the 3rd owner since 2020. We came right after KOA sold, and we could tell|It was going to go into a decline. We haven’t been back, however we heard that Spacious Skies, took over and I was like, alright let’s give it a chance. I was told that they have been here since Oct 2022, 10 months. The pictures on the website are awesome, but misleading. In 10 months, I think it went from bad to|Worse. Don’t get me wrong, front desk was very pleasant, and the 2 maintenance guys we saw were very friendly, however the campground was a huge disappointment. The landscaping was awful, ants at the campsite were pretty bad. We came for a 3 day weekend but was told that they did no weekend activities, ( she said, “we|Don’t do t

The campsites are really nice. We had the premium pull through spots. It is a mile or so off the highway, so you don't hear any of that noise. There are 3 ponds to fish in and a lot of things for kids to do and play. They have a putt putt course on site!

Bathrooms are clean and the layout is pretty cool. We chose a primitive tent site (no water/electric) and we got by pretty well for our 2 night stay. Booking was easy, the ladies at the front office were super nice. The weekend we stayed was jam packed full of fun for the kids with tye die and a movie. It was just my husband and me so we didn't participate, but it looked like the kids (and adults!) had fun ☺️

We stayed at this campground for Halloween weekend and had such a great time! The campground was very clean and well taken care of, and the staff did an amazing job organizing fun activities for the kids — from trick-or-treating to games and crafts. It was such a family-friendly atmosphere, and everyone was so welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing stay! 🎃👻
