Red Roof Inn Gaffney

What an absolutely terrible experience at Red Roof Inn and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. The room was disgusting. The sheets had holes in them, and the smell was something you’d expect from a horror movie—overpowering and nauseating. There was visible mold on the walls, and the shower curtain rod was so rusted that rust was falling directly into the shower. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. When the concerns were raised with the hotel attendant, they were rude, disrespectful, and refused to help resolve the issue in any way. No attempt was made to move rooms or address the problems. To make matters worse, after checking out after one night due to the conditions, the hotel is now refusing to issue a refund, blaming the fact that the reservation was made through a

Positive: When we finally left the dump!!! Negative: The manager, the fact that I was not given the handicapped room and I fellAnd the hostial manager kicked us out because I called corporate on the whole thing. He said he didn't like handicapped people they are too much trouble.

Bed buggggsss roaches and no wifi! You’re going to itch the ENTIRE time! The linen is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s clean sometimes it’s not. The manager refuses to give us a refund or at least SOME of our money back for not having wifi AND every time we come the price goes up! Do not recommend staying here. I came for a lil get away with my friend to chill & I was highly disappointed. I expected better.

The staff was very attentive, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The only problem that was not reaolved to our satisfaction was that the washer and dryer did not work properly and no refund of money was given..

Room was deceit, but here was my issue. I needed a place to stay for a few nights and had my 3 cats with me. I found this hotel and called. I informed the woman on the phone that I had 3 cats. She was friendly enough and even said she wanted to see them when I got there. When I got there, I checked in, but she was talking with someone and I took each cat inside. I made 3 trips after checking in with her, as each of my cats had their own carrying cases. I was staying about 4 nights and given the extra fee for my cats. But the second day, manager calls, and says it needs to be higher fee, because I have 3 cats. I asked I was not originally told this. She repeated what she said about my 3 cats and completely ignoring my question on why I was led to believe on the original fee and it wasn't ex
