Souther Country Lodge

What a magnificent property. Souther Country Lodge is a wonderful home located in Blairsville Georgia that seems like a touch of heaven. The front porch view of the mountains is spectacular. This house is large and comfortable with plenty of amenities a beautiful pool table and an outside fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked for large groups. There are plenty of spaces to hang out both inside and out. Sleeping accommodations are wonderful. Deer abound on site with walking paths to a small lake. This property is well maintained. While this area is tucked away and is very private it is located close to town with its many delightful restaurants.

Souther Country Inn was the perfect place to hold a women’s retreat this fall. It’s rare to find a spot with this many bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen, a dining room, and various sitting areas both inside and outside. The views from the front porch are breathtaking! The whole property is peaceful and serene, and we enjoyed hiking on the trails. I highly recommend—and am already looking forward to returning in the near future!

Souther Country Lodge was wonderful for our large family thanksgiving gathering. The beds were super comfy, the mountain views amazing, the property was great for family walks and bonfires. Kitchen was so well stocked and was plenty big for lots to be in there together. And it was nice to have the golf cart to see more of the property. Owner Ben and manager Helen were amazing to work with - super responsive who truly cared about making sure our family had what we needed. Highly recommend!!

Spent 4 days at the Souther Country Lodge last September. The lodge itself is spectacular. Amazing cooking facilities and awesome bedrooms. We had 14 people in our group and all of us had a terrific experience. The fall colors were in full bloom, outdoor walks on the property were awe inspiring. Great activities close by: golf, hikes, lakes, OctoberFest fun in Helen, etc. We will go back for sure!

Absolutely gorgeous views. This place is stunning! Love the nature trails and access to stocked ponds for fishing. We had a great time. Oh the front porch for cocktails and reading a book. We had the best time ever. Would highly recommend!!
