South Wind On the Ocean

Had a wonderful Valentines weekend with my husband, family and friends. We used Verbo to rents. Host was excellent and price was great. The 4 bedroom unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds, linen, pillows were extremely comfortable. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at the 5310 N Ocean Blvd property. The bathroom ceiling was peeling, there was rust around the curtain rod and rings holding a cheap shower curtain. They were two plungers and a scrubber on the floor next to the toilet. There were stains on the carpet. Why is there carpet in a room off the beach? The bedspread has some stains on it that looked like chocolate or blood? The recliners were crooked when you opened them and you had to wrestle them to close because of that. There was two old stained plastic chairs on the balcony that need to be tossed. The hot tubs and inside pools had a brown coating on them so they weren't getting cleaned good. There were dead bushes by the fence in the pool area and weeds. They give you one roll of tp per bathroom for a 5 day stay. Their

Rooms are clean and spacious. Love the balcony. Multiple pools and hot tubs to choose from as well. Staff is friendly

Property was really nice and clean and very spacious for a big group. HOWEVER the second we got there an employee threaten to arrest us. My family and I went straight to the balcony to see our view and the employee who was tending to the pool “supposedly” heard a noise and said “did y’all just drop something off the balcony, I can call the cops and have you arrested right now” before we even had the chance to tell him we in fact did NOT drop anything. Keep in mind we didn’t even take our luggage out the car yet and we had my 3 year old son with us. When I tried to tell someone higher up every time we went to the office a sign was up that said “sorry no one is here right now please come back later”. With the slight chance someone who is actually in charge over there sees this. The employee

Room is fabulous, all the amenities with an amazing view on the 9th floor. Clean, well decorated and did I mention clean? Room 902 is worth every penny at this location.
