Friendly staff. But no elevator if you're on the second floor, means carrying your bags up stairs. Really nice that they give you 10% of at the restaurant next door and a free movie at the movie theater!

Misinformed about check out date and time..arrived at the hotel 2:30 a.m Saturday morning |It was clearly stated that we were staying til Sunday...later that day...( Saturday) we experienced loud knocking on our door...we were informed it was time to check out...no..the room was ours til Sunday......no speaking to a manager...basically we had to leave or purchase another night. Romantic weekend ruined|.

Been staying here annually since friends moved to the area. Nice basic hotel that's been recently updated. The Jacuzzi in our suite's bathroom is a monstrosity. We reserve it only because it suits our family's bedding needs. Wish the bed was a bit lower to the ground. Wish the bathroom had a few grab bars, by the toilet and in the tiny shower. But otherwise it's a comfortable, convenient place for us to stay.

This was a good place nice and friendly staff clean room and convenient restaurant next door if you like BBQ. The smokehouse was also good recommended by hotel staff. Service there was fast friendly and food delicious. I recommend both.

This place is an absolute must stay. Surrounded and nestled in beautiful mountain scenery. It seems they’ve done a little bit of turnover because some of the people were too new to really answer any questions and that’s fine. Someone’s gotta learn sometime. The rooms are spacious and very nice. There is plenty to do in the area plenty of places to eat. Overall, I would love to come back and stay when it’s not for work to where I can enjoy the environment.
