Honestly if you need a place to sleep on short notice, but temporarily, I’d suggest this roach nest. We called about availability and was told room 7 would be where we’d stay, however upon arrival, we were told the room wasn’t ready and instead was put in room 6. The room was small but in fairly decent condition with some cosmetic issues and few roaches which didn’t bother us, however the bathrooms shower was in questionable condition and there was a pipe running the sink water down the shower’s drain. The lady in charge told us to buy a mat or use a bag for the shower floor since the tile was dirty (even after using bleach to clean it). The refrigerator was a full size, but the freezer was the only option since the cooler was broken, which we were told would be fixed the day after we arri

If you are looking for a place where management treats you like family, staff is available 24/7, and any maintenance concern is taking care of in a timely manner then you should probably look somewhere else. But if you are the independent kind of type of person that wants very little contact with staff as possible and doesn't mind that sometimes little things that need to be fixed around your place might have to come out of your own pocket then this is definitely the place for you. When the lock on my door broke and I had to go buy a whole new one I was not reimbursed for it and when I told management about it I was told that sometimes you have to spend money. Its ok for a short stay but if your looking for staying more than a few months then this isn't the place! The rooms are 2 sizes, small and large. The small is ok for 1 person, anymore than that gets crowded. The larger rooms can comfortably fit 2 adults, maybe even a small child or pet but anymore and forget it. The bathrooms are small, showers only, no central air... Each room comes with a window unit and they barely work. There are cockroaches and crazy people staying here at all times. Rent is kind of pricey for the condition of the place, $150 a week for a large room and $120 for a small. Can pay weekly or monthly. Management lives onsite but getting them to fix anything is a job itself. Rooms have refrigerators, small and full size. Large rooms have a kitchen sink in the roo

It's a bit ghetto and needs severe cosmetic work. However on specific budgets this can work just fine. Kitchens do no necessarily come with stoves so microwave cooking is your option. It's not close to much and a vehicle is necessary because no public transport is available.

A great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and are there for you if you have any issues. I would highly recommend staying here. My girlfriend and I are very satisfied with Sonny's.
