Balmoral Resort Florida

We stayed in this resort for the Ironman 70.3 in Haines City. If you’re here for Disney, do not stay here. The traffic up to that area was absolutely awful. We came during an off season and there was no staff around at all. We thought the little grill would be open for dinner so we walked over the one night and everything was dark, no one was there. We called the next day and they said “oh no we were open”. We went the following night and the bartender told us it was just her so food would take a very long time. We don’t drink, so that was a bummer. The only nice place for food and ambience was Port 27, and we found that by chance. We were told someone would be on site to assist with our rental, and when we went to the desk they actually told us no one is on site for the short term rentals

We stayed here as a family of eight in November. Apart from getting there late in the evening and being unable to enter the property due to the door number wouldn’t work we rang the number provided and they gave us another number to get in which worked and we didn’t have another problem after. The pool was great for the kids. The house was stunning we stayed in 162 Kenny boulevard and it was the best villa ever: ideal|Location if you wanted to get away from the parks and the busyness of Orlando. Very quite resort we didn’t hear anyone near by. |Everything was clean and provided for us it was a super property. I would definitely stay here again.

Our BNI chapter has been meeting at Balmoral Resort every Tuesday morning (8am-9:30am) for the past month, and the experience has been outstanding. Lee Davison personally meets us there each week with great coffee and even better donuts - that kind of personal touch doesn’t go unnoticed. The meeting space is really clean and well-maintained, which makes a difference when you’re there every week. The staff arrives at 9am and they’re always friendly and accommodating to our needs. It’s clear they want to make sure our meetings run smoothly. If you’re looking for a professional space with people who actually care about your experience, Balmoral Resort delivers. Highly recommend.

We booked a package holiday through virgin thinking we would get a decent holiday, we was wrong! They mess up the car hire, put out villa in balmoral which is a hour from Disney on a good run, we paid for the pool to be heated which was freezing the whole time we were there so £500 waisted, the villa itself was dirty, the net over the pool was broken so bugs got in, carpet lifted of the stairs which my autistic son cut his feet on, building work noise directly next door, bathroom dirty, WiFi kept dropping out and if you have kids it’s the end of the world and the tv runs of it so no tv, the communal pool had building work going on, tried to contact the virgin operator to complain and get the feeling that they don’t really care, overall disappointed with the whole trip! Would I book through

We have just stayed at the balmoral estate in Haines city and our 4 bed house and pool was absolutely amazing. The customer service was 5 star , we reported our internet and someone came out straight away although it needed the network provider to come and fix it, so no internet for 4 days which was only really a problem when wanted to watch the tv when home from the parks. Customer service was so good they gave us later check out complimentary for the inconvenience which absolutely helped us as we have a night flight back to the uk.|All in all amazing holiday and can’t thank Tropical escapes enough for all their help. Also a mention for Fazil Yasin the maintenance guy who came out as he was very helpful and polite and is a credit to the company.
