Sergio provided excellent customer service remembering me from a previous stay the year before..He assisted me with getting the internet for my phone and my subsequent visit a week later was able to upgrade my room. The morning staff persons were efficient and accommodating as well. |The room was clean the bed very comfortable. I feel safe at the Sonesta Select in Miami Lakes..

We're staying here for 3 days. The rooms are clean, the staff is super nice and the overall feeling is great. There's free parking, free internet and it's located just 15-20 minutes away from Miami'a best attractions. While the other hotels in town are priced high, this hotel is reasonably pricing their rooms. The main common space next to the big pool is very nice and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. 🙌 ❤️

Our stay at Sonesta Miami Lakes Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. It was truly a five star experience from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in, Manager Sergio set the tone for our entire stay. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, welcoming us warmly and ensuring we felt right at home. Before moving us, he made sure extra sheets and pillows were promptly delivered for our sofa bed so we would be comfortable right away. Just as he promised, he later arranged for us to have a room with two double beds and a lovely view of the pool as soon as one became available. Every detail was handled with care and thoughtfulness. The overall ambience of the hotel was pleasant and well-maintained, creating a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night’s rest. Breakfast, however, was not included and was available only at an additional cost based on what you order, which may be something guests should be aware of when booking. Overall, it’s a decent option for a clean and comfortable stay, with good ambience, but breakfast is not complimentary.
