Sonesta Essential Orlando Airport

Room was renovated and clean. Service was great everyone nice and friendly. Location is convenient near the airport with bus access. But nothing much to do around. Shower tub could be updated. Warm breakfast buffet style was good. Great coffee. Visited March 2026.

I had a great experience here. My flight was delayed and I did call ahead to let them know that I wouldn’t make it in time for check in. They said it was okay. Me and my bf got there and the check in process was smooth. The lobby was basically bare though and did not look very nice. However, the room was great and comfortable. Even if we were there for a couple hrs, the experience we had was great, including the customer service.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The woman working the desk was wearing clothes that did not fit. There was a mold in the whole place, the carpet felt wet. Our room smelled like weed then when we requested to move, the next room smelled like someone’s perfume and not clean.

This was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed at in years. It was clean, comfortable and rooms were about double the size of other airport hotels. The breakfast was outstanding! It was a hot breakfast prepared on site which offered a wide variety of things including large sausage patties, fresh eggs and home made coffee cake. The coffee was magnificent, ground fresh before each pot. The hotel offered everything you could imagine including top quality shower gels, conditioner etc. it was only $60/night. I was able to save Uber expense as the city bus stopped next door ever 20 minutes and arrived at the airport a few minutes later. The area has restaurants and minimarts within the block, and is only a few blocks walk or bus ride to the train station as well. Staff is courteous and he

I stayed here during a full-day layover from Orlando Airport and had a great experience. The booking process was easy, the hotel was very clean, and my stay was extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff; everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. The next morning, I was able to wake up, make tea, and start the day relaxed, and once again the customer service was outstanding. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent customer service, especially for travel or a layover, I highly recommend this hotel.
