Snow Goose Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I spent four nights at the Snow Goose in mid August. This B&B is nestled in a quiet setting surrounded by beautiful scenery but close enough to Adirondack attractions. Our room, Passages, was cozy, comfortable, clean and rustic in decor. Breakfasts were delicious and were prepared by our host, Wayne. The inn has three rooms and breakfast is in the dining room on one large table. It made for nice conversations with the other guests. The innkeepers, Amy and Wayne, were gracious hosts. We will definitely be back.

The Snow Goose is out happy place. The second we pull in our troubles are lifted away. The rooms are so comfortable. The breakfasts are creative and delicious and the hospitality is second to none! Wayne and Amy have every little detail covered from thoughtful decorations to memorable breakfast conversations. We stay in the Legacy room which has a little kitchen and is on the main floor by the cozy living room. It really feels like our second home. ❤️

My 20-year-old daughter and I spent a mother-daughter get-away at the Snow Good for almost a week. It was the perfect place to just get away from it all. Although a bit rustic in decor, there were plenty of amenities. We stayed in the Legacies Room that has a small kitchenette, which was nice as we made about half of our meals during our stay. The breakfasts were good, especially Wayne's culinary creation for the day (the cinnamon roll pancakes were so delicious!). Part of the charm is meeting and getting to know other guests at the inn during breakfast. Located in a somewhat remote area, there was still plenty to do--a visit to Lake Placid or to the Adirondack Experience museum, or a rafting trip at Ausable Chasm. The Snow Goose B&B was a delight. I had a fairly extended stay so the downstairs room with kitchenette was perfect so I didn't have to go out to dinner every night. Wayne and Amy also have a Monday/Tuesday Grill a short distance away to take care of the evenings when many restaurants are not open. Wayne's breakfast creations were wonderful as was conversation over the meal. |The room was comfortable and so was the hammock outside my door! Every need was taken care of and I would definately go again!
