Smoky Mountain Resort Lodging and Conference Center

Location is great!! Hidden but also right on the main drag for everything. Rooms were getting old and dated looking prob from the mass use of many many renters over the years, the pool table had broken legs on one side and most of the pool sticks were warped beyond being usable and the slot machine had a short in it causing it to black out randomly BUT… the bedding mattresses and the pillows were pure heavenly comfortable!! Major plus for that!! Im happy we found this spot and happy for the move of the Lord at PFYC this year!!!!

This cabin was not for the faint of heart. Everything was extremely outdated and dirty. The owner and property managers were extremely rude when we inquired about various items. They refused to work with us to sort out our problems. 0/10, would not recommend to anyone

Great location and scenery but incredibly disrespectful staff and owner. Really made the stay not enjoyable. Was incredibly let down by our experience and will not plan on returning.

Here, currently, in the 12 building... absolutely the worst stay I have ever had anywhere. It's 1:00 am, and the upstairs neighbors are extremely loud, smoking weed and drinking in the hot tub while their kids are running track in the living room. Speaking of hot tubs, they are literally on the front walkway that everyone uses to get to their rooms,,,no privacy at all. Wish I had something positive to say, but there isn't anything. Dont be fooled by the pictures. This place is so ba that we are cutting our stay short.

The location is very back in the woods.. We have a large party of ten we had a great stay. They only think we have wrong was our breakers kept tripping and we would have to reset them. They definitely didn't give us Enough towels and wash cloths had to call and ask for more.. Overall, we had a very great stay. Thank you for hosting.
