Slopeside Hotel by Seven Springs Resort

Very pleasantly surprised by our stay here! Was a bit wary with the mixed reviews, but we stayed here for a long weekend to ski. From our room patio we were able to walk straight out to the lift lines which was perfect! Room was actually in fairly good condition, seemed updated! We took advantage of the arcade and the indoor pool. Couple of the games were out if order but we still had a good time. Pretty large resort with somewhat confusing signage, and not a ton of food options. Many places required reservations ahead of time. Overal would stay here again!

Positive: "" Negative: Hotel is old and dated. Needs immediate renovation and serious cleaning. Our room was disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub, a dark rim in the toilet (as it didn?t even receive basic cleaning/brushing) and there was a sticky black somethin in the sink

Whoever designed this hotel must have missed the memo that it's at a ski mountain. Not a single thing to hang your wet gear on. 2 TVs, but no microwave. They want you to have to go spend an absurd amount of money on the restaurant food, but then only have one or two of them even open at any given time. Ski mountain is great, but would not stay here again.

Wow! This place is beautiful and huge! Pretty sure I lost weight just walking the hallways to different areas. My stay was a quick business trip so I didn't get to do the various activities like golf, alpine slide or ski lift, bowling etc. The spa was very pricy so I didn't go there even though I really could have used the relaxation massage. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Our dinners were mediocre and lunch was 2 stars at best but if I had the time and funds it would make a good get away with my husband or even my son.

Thank you, Mr Augustine, for helping me with my needs (cups, going to the pool). Everyone is so nice. I would love to be back again.
