Sleep Inn & Suites Tallahassee-Capitol

This is my first time at this location, it appears to have recently been renovated. Everything is brand new everything looks great. The young lady that was working the front desk on 20 January at 1800hrs was very friendly. My work booked this hotel for me, so it isn't ny usual stay. Very impressed, they did a really good job. Room was small, but neat, clean, modern. Nice size fridge and microwave, coffee maker.. I would stay here again

I have stayed here 2 times now. The facilities are quiet, clean, and the rooms are comfortable. The customer service is always top notch. It is family run. I feel like they really care about their customers. I feel like for the price I paid, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms smell a tad musty. So, if you have allergies/sensitivities, be aware. However, my overall experience has been good, and I plan to stay again next time I am in town.

It was clean and quiet. It was reasonably priced. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. The welcome gift bag had orios and Cheetos which are 2 of my favorite snacks. The bottled water and banana in the bag were nice, but orios and Cheetos made me 😊 smile.

Positive: The room was in good shape generally. It was adequate. Negative: There was a very strong smell throughout the hotel. It smelled of marijuana very, very strongly throughout the hallways. They had burned some kind of incense to try to cover it up but it didn't do a good job. Smoke detectors?

Staff members are customer service oriented, shout out to Sai for the very quick & pleasant late night check-in. Room was very clean. Comfy bed. It was a perfect sleeping weather night, so I turned off the AC/heat unit, but it didn't seem too loud or annoying when I got into the room. There is a dehumidifier too, but I use a similar unit, so once again, no issue for me...it's like "white noise" for most people, I would believe. I'll stay again next time I'm in TLH!
