Sleep Inn & Suites Orlando International Airport

My family stayed here after flying in late before heading to Disney. The location was close to the airport but that was the only positive. The hotel didn't have enough parking so we were forced to park illegally, the hotel looked run down and dirty, the breakfast provided was very limited and the water stopped working while I was mid shower. Not an ideal experience at all and we couldn't wait to check out.

The check-in went very easy. The gentleman checking is in was very nice very friendly. Our room was OK, dated but comfortable. |Went to take a shower at night as we had a morning flight. No hot water!! Oh well, guess we weren’t the only ones |Next morning we tried the shower, again not even warm water. Yes, I have used a shower before, passed water turning on 101. |Went down to breakfast, told the lady at the reception desk of the Lack of hot water, she said”that’s odd”. Hard to argue with that answer. Breakfast area was tidy, but the milk was sitting on the counter without refrigeration, I thought that was odd too, so I passed on the cereal. ⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience with Choice Privileges I had a very upsetting experience with Choice Privileges that I feel others should be aware of. I stayed at one of their hotels and became sick due to what I believe was an unclean room. The condition of the room was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and guest safety. After reporting the issue, I was told I would be accommodated with 11,337 Choice Privileges points, which were added to my account. However, without proper explanation or resolution, those points were later taken back. When I contacted customer service to ask why, I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive manner. What made the situation even worse is that I was then told I could buy the points back, which felt extremely inappro

I really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were good size, beds were comfortable (I have 2 herniated discs in my neck), and the place was nice and clean. The area wS safe and in a great location. It's by the road but we didn't notice any noise. Desk staff was very friendly even through we checked in at 1am. Would stay here again.

The free breakfast was very little selection and the garbage pale, what's all the flowing? I mentioned it to the front desk and she said I would let them know. I sat there 30 minutes, and garbage was over flowing people put they are stuff on the counter because no room very bad to look at
