When we rang the bell at the desk we waited over 10 minutes and finally left. No one came to the desk. My handicap room smelled very musty. At first I thought it was because I did not turn on the air, but that didn't work. I should have reported it right away, but I did not. Whoever stocked that room there was no bath rug. When I went to the desk and asked for new towels I did receive them the next day they took my dirty towels and once again did not leave a bath rug. I was there from Friday night until Sunday night. I don't know who was in the adjoining room on Saturday night but they were very, very noisy. Not considerate of anyone sleeping in the next room. We arrived at hotel late in evening and checked in. Room was in a good location and hotel seemed to be in a good location, however this is where the good ends. got to room and found the water pressure in shower lacking and the toilet seat broken. Turned on the tv and found a message that there was no signal so we reported to the desk and was told rudely to read the sign that was off to the side of the desk by the desk clerk who was to busy being outside smoking to actually do her job. The sign read they was having issues with their tv provider and only 1 channel was available, some history channel or something like that. I recently stayed at your property over the past weekend and wanted to share some concerns regarding the experience, as we have been loyal guests for several years and were quite disappointed this time around. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mary outside, who appeared to be on a smoke break. While the check-in process itself was smooth, the interaction felt unprofessional. Later that evening, we discovered an issue with the TV in our room. When I called the front desk to ask whether there was a service outage, I was met with an audible sigh, followed by Mary rudely stating, “It’s posted at the desk.” At no point during check-in or our prior phone conversations was this mentioned, nor was there any signage visible when we arrived. Very friendly. Hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast was also pretty good with waffles, eggs, sausage, hash browns, yogurt and the normal pastries, cereal and juices

Everything is clean, updated, professional staff, nice little breakfast area, concessions on the floor. However all I consider bare essentials such as a good shower and good night sleep we're hard to come by. Bed sheets seemed very polyester-ish and cheap. The shower head sprayed out such little water it took forever to take a shower and you never felt like everything was washed off.
