Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lexington Park-California by IHG

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lexington Park California. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is super convenient and very walkable. You can easily get to nearby restaurants and Walmart without having to drive, which was a big plus. Parking was plentiful, the facilities were clean, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a solid and dependable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a wonderful experience staying at this property. The front desk staff was amazing and always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything thing we needed to enjoy our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and every night we came back to a clean and spotless room! Housekeeping staff is great. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a great variety and i loved that there were different options daily. I give the manager of this property a 10/10 for the way this hotel is being ran. Management definitely covers all bases!!! Will definitely be staying here anytime I'm in the area and will recommend to anyone great job at this location!!

Excellent service! I appreciated the variety of options available, and I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients for the complimentary breakfast. The food was consistently delicious and well-prepared, and the staff were friendly and professional. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The housekeeping staff were outstanding. My room was always clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional.

This hotel is top-notch for appearance, cleanliness, friendly staff, good breakfast (especially cinnamon rolls) with various food choices, great coffee, and services requested. It is near many restaurants, shopping, and military base. (Our only question would be the manager's choice to park routinely in a space not meant for parking, just shy of the entrance awning, so that when guests need to pull up to load/unload with a cart, and another vehicle is doing the same, it is difficult to turn in.)

We were robbed by this hotel. We had a non-refundable Priceline reservation here for two nights, which means the hotel gets paid by Priceline no matter what happens. We could not show up for the first night but we were ok with having to eat the cost of the non-refundable reservation knowing my family would have a room for the second night, because that is how a reservation is supposed to work. When we checked in on the second night the hotel desk attendant stated our Priceline reservation was void because of the no-show on the first night. No one from the hotel reached out to alert us that this would happen. So the hotel could only admit us if we booked and paid for a new reservation, which we had no way to avoid as a tired family trying to find somewhere to sleep, and the rate charged
