Sleep Inn Cinnaminson - Philadelphia East

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Whilst the breakfast was worth the price when the snow was bad - it certainly lacked value for money when you could get a much better breakfast outside of the hotel for this price. Waffles, a couple of pastry options and the same breakfast sandwich certainly gets tiresome. The bathroom was small and dated but the rest of the room was fine, and for the value - you can't expect too much. Be careful with the front on parking - as this a Township law in this area. You will get a fine otherwise. Where I was surprised, was the service at the hotel - which exceeded my expectations. I stayed here for work with my colleagues - and we were all impacted by the storm. From the very start, Christopher at the front desk, was extremely helpful and continued to help

Positive: Location close to Philly Negative: The rooms air conditioning needs to be cleaned out every now and then. The room was musty and humid and no room spray can mask that

I had a hard time getting to & staying asleep at this stay. The guy in the room next to me was shouting on the phone, the room smelled like someone prior had smoked in it, and it was really stuffy even with the ac unit on. The ac unit kept cutting out. I had stayed here before and this was much different than my past visits. The shower and sink are hardly functional.

The staff is very helpful and understanding. We came with our 5 day old newborn and they were truly helpful. Thanks to Christopher, the young lady there in the mornings, housekeeping and the manager(Lewis) I believe is his name. We will be returning soon. Thanks for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The room had a weird odor and the shower had a constant drip. The hallway smells like cigarette smoke. Breakfast would have been ok since they ar least have waffles, but they didn't have syrup or milk. I knew I wasn't booking a "nice" hotel, but I definitely won't stay here again.
