Apollo Motel By OYO Cinnaminson NJ, US-130

We stayed here for our son's football tournament between 7/9/2021 - 7/11/2021 and the room was not dirty but not clean, the furniture was disgusting and had not been updated as previously stated in another response to a review. We only stayed for the two nights instead of three and the Manager originally stated that he couldn't refund us the third night due to us using a third party booking site. When we went to go through the booking site he denied the refund. I had to call the manager, who was not very nice and said he wasn't going to refund my money, which obviously means he is not a man with any integrity, he knew he had no intention of refunding our money when I was checking out, but lied to my face anyway. The place was disgusting with loud drunks and vomit near the office... no one

This hotel has nice staff, but the room I was in was gross. I was there for a week and was wondering why I always woke up with bites on me and then I lifted my mattress and there were a ton of BED BUGS. I didn't want to fall asleep on the bed so I slept in the chair. They also have a cough which was covered in bedbugs. When I told the manager he said that it was my fault. I've never encountered bed bugs UNTIL I stayed at that hotel. DO NOT GO HERE!!

No microwave in rooms plus a more than nosy owner lowered my rating but considering how desirable the location I had to give 3 star overall rating

From the outside, this place looked perfect for me. It's a small '50s motel with a neon sign out by the road. The rate was pretty high ($69), so I was expecting a pretty nice room.|||| What I ended up with was the sort of dump I usually only pay about $35 for. The room was reasonably clean, but all the furniture was ugly old junk from the '80s. There was no clock or phone, just a TV. The bathroom did have a cool aqua and black tile shower, but that hardly made up for it. There was a lot of road noise since US 130 is still heavily traveled.

If i could give negative 5 stars i would. Bed bugs smelly rooms. Showers back up and the owner illegally enters rooms. And they turn off the hot water for weekly guests. One side is nightly the other is weekly. I have tried to report them but it lead to nothing. Skip this place. I would rather sleep in a box
