Hotel is awesome and the staff are exceptional, this hotel is super clean and comfortable. I love that they treat me like a family and work with me whenever I have any concerns or questions thanks so much to everyone front desk, housekeeping and manager. I love it here

Nice hotel to feel safe and comfy. Everyone is super nice to make sure the guest is happy and the cleaning crew are very good! I definitely recommend staying here, never had a problem with anything and the location is very convenient when you need to go out and explore.

Positive: Clean rooms and great location. Negative: I had another guest walk in my room. The desk apparently gave them my room as well. Then, about 30 minutes after I fell asleep, the front desk calls and asks what room I am in. This was not good at all.

Arrived and was told the elevators were not working and we were on the second floor. That was very disappointing but we move past it since we are thankfully able-bodied enough to make that work. When we got to the room, the tub was full of water because it was leaking. The TV and Internet did not work for the room, we couldn’t even cast our phones to the TV. They sent somebody up to look at it who plugged and unplugged it said that nobody else was having this issue and they would put in a maintenance request. We asked if we could move rooms or get a refund and leave. They said that we had to wait for the manager to come on duty in the morning. Nothing was ever fixed or done was just a very disappointing stay
