Amazing Halloween decor in the lobby. Breakfast was simple but amazing every morning. The bacon 🥓 is outstanding. Elevator was dated and could use a little cleaning. Satisfied with the room. Nice and cold. Shower handle took a minute to figure out. Hot water came out right away and the water pressure was great. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Very disgusting. Curtains have water stains, holes and what looked to be poop on it. Laundry area was gross and had not been cleaned for a long time. Left my name and number for management and have not received a call back. Cockroach in the bathroom, I got bit by something when I got in the bed. The health department should be contacted. Don't STAY here

This was a stay for my mom and her sisters for her birthday. The location was great. On the outside from the front, the establishment looks fine. The front desk staff seemed somewhat helpful. There were three rooms rented. However, on closer inspection, the accessible rooms were not that accessible. They were on the opposite end of the hallway far from the elevator. If a person has mobility issues, the room arrangements aren't conducive for them. The room had chipped furniture, snags, tears, and frayed carpet. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been. The inside gave the appearance of an older, more rundown place. A section of the fence that was around the pool in the back was torn down. When we were leaving the elevator started having issues. We were in a double queen 2 room suite, room 324. The bath tub water spout was loose. A grab rail at the back of the tub for entry would be nice.||The two rooms were large and clean. Friendly quick check in. Plenty of 120v outlets. Lighting could be better. It needs a light by the couch for reading. 3 sets of towels. Refrigerator was of OK size but no freezer. |Price was good and very close to many things.

This place is old, falling apart, and rather nasty. The elevator smells strongly of smoke and is tiny - too small to fit a cart and our family. It made extremely loud and concerning noises. There is a huge stain on the carpet, handles are falling off drawers, and the hotel refused to give us a refund once we saw the condition of the room and overall hotel. I would never book this place again.
