Sleep Inn Baxley

I consider this hotel as my home away from home. From the person who creates the breakfasts to Management. You always my me feel welcome. If there is a Problem, you take care of it right away and go out of your way to make its corrected quickly. With my crazy schedule, you always are able to get me in a room early as most of the time I've been driving up to 2800 miles without a lot of sleep.

The rooms smell musty and like they are starting to form mold in them. They smell very damp and free of fresh air. The staff is amazing and super friendly and helpful! The rooms need to be checked for moisture issues. Water pressure needs to be increased in the shower.

Stayed her literally one year ago with no problems. I came hoping for the same experience only to be met with cold showers with the poorest water pressure ever. And this is first night of a 3 night stay. Was told they would have someone look at it tomorrow and didn't know anything about it. She did mention maybe because everyone was using the showers at the same time as the hotel was full for Thanksgiving. After reading several other reviews, the water pressure in the shower IS NOT a new problem. In addition, a couple of hairs left in the bathroom. disappointing. Never coming back.

Umm, kindy pricey for standard "hotel" rooms suites included. For people attempting to schedule an event for the "Meeting Room" please remind them again and again and again in advance. Because these people will forget things that you've paid for that should already be in the computer system. The service reallyyyy means a lot to me, besides the actual courtesy from the employees it's great. But when it comes to business, messing an event up the same exact way two years in a row is kinda embarrassing.
