Skyline Village Inn

Spent 5 nights there through the recent snow storm. Great vibe, excellent room, beautiful view and the staff were kind, sincere and caring. I enjoyed the pool table as well. It's a great place to stay ❤️

The Skyline Village Inn is a great place to stay when you are visiting the Blue Ridge Parkway area in N.C. The views are beautiful. It has a good environment with a cool game room. The beds are super comfortable, the staff is very accommodating, and it is clean. There is plenty of interesting history as well. It is also near the neat town of Little Switzerland which has a delicious restaurant, the Little Switzerland Cafe. We highly recommend!

We visited for fall and after it reopened after cyclone Helen. The views r great. It's very quiet and u can hear everyone walking outside your room as the floor boards creak a lot. God forbid u go there with kids u have to make them sit still which is impossible task then get ready to get shshshed by neighbors. The new inn keepers tried their best we stayed for two days and nothing much for kids to do except the emerald mining tours

The staff was amazing. The views are breathtaking. You can literally sit and enjoy the view right outside your door. The restaurant was great. The bar was amazing. Staff is extremely friendly. They did take a little damage during the hurricane. But they have been working so hard to repair it. I could not recommend this place more. We definitely want to come back again. And the price with that view is definitely worth it.

My husband and I only stayed for one night as a leg in our road trip, but we loved this place! The views are AMAZING!! We got held up by traffic and didn't arrive until after 6pm, but the owners were incredibly understanding and met us for a late check-in. The building is older, but they have done a terrific job modernizing the conveniences and the place is kept SPOTLESS. I'm pretty sure this is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Highly recommend, just make sure you plan to watch the sunrise from the balcony, it's breathtaking.
