The room was clean, as well as the overall environment of the hotel. The staff Camille and Joshua was friendly and helpful. Their knowledge of the town was most valuable in navigating the area. The rooms are exactly like the photos. Quiet, a home feeling. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom modern. I will definitely book again and are looking forward to the upcoming restaurant

★☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Rude Staff, Zero Disclosure, and Completely Unacceptable Treatment||I booked two nights at the Blue Ridge Boutique Hotel because I work night shifts at a nearby hospital and needed a quiet place to sleep between shifts. During check-in, I specifically mentioned that I would be sleeping during the day. At no point did anyone disclose that the building was undergoing work or that fire alarm testing would occur.||Around noon the next day—when I needed to sleep—fire alarms suddenly began going off throughout the building. I tried calling the front desk for clarification, but the first call was abruptly disconnected. Highly recommend the hotel and so grateful SP has this accommodation, as someone who grew up in and loves the area. Perfect for our couple’s weekend trip to the Mineral City, and will be staying again. Not only a central location, parking was straightforward and safe. Front desk clerks accommodated my late check in with a smile, and check in was a logistically a breeze. The hotel was spotless, well designed and cared for, quiet, and comfortable. Slept like a baby. Room size was ample, water pressure in shower was perfect, and AC worked well, which was so appreciated in the July heat. This is definitely an interesting hotel! Built in an old school near downtown, it's gotten a face lift recently but it's still got some historic charm. Front desk was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. The room was awesome! Clean and comfortable with vaulted ceilings that made it feel huge. Bathroom was a little small but it did the job and was clean. Definitely will be back if I'm back in the area.

5/23/25 - My employer arranged for me to stay here. I googled it prior to going and wasn't sure what to expect. I checked in at 9 pm and was greeted with a smile. There was a luggage cart & Elevator at the entrance. I was checked in and in my room in 5 minutes flat! I stayed on the 3rd floor, room 303. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. It didn't feel like a "hotel room" but rather made me feel safe and at home. Will most definitely visit again! They are also adding a restaurant within the next few months and that will be just an added bonus.
