Skyline Motel

STAY AWAY. We were only expecting a clean bed and bathroom when we decide to stay in a true motel. After reviews we decided to give this place a chance since it was under new management. Very nice front desk lady and clean lobby. That’s where it ended. Got in the room and it was clean and had no odor. Checked the bed sheets and there was grass, hair, and stains of some sort from the last guest or guests. Proceeded to check the bathroom out and it was nice except for the shower that was obviously not cleaned. Black hairs (don’t have to explain any more) we’re all over the walls and floor of the shower. |I worked with the front desk lady and the owner over the phone and got a new set of sheets and switched them out myself. |I’m sure they have transitional things to work through but for

Definitely don’t waste your time here rented a room for 1 night the room smelled musty the bathroom floor in front of the shower was peeling up and the flooring underneath is rotting apart. Dirty left behind clothes in the drawers the room definitely wasn’t cleaned old bedding probably from the 60’s. Was in the room not even 5 minutes and my 2 year old was carrying around a piece of old food she found on the floor looked under the bed there was empty food containers under the bed the room door didn’t even close all the way. Called and complained was told I could upgrade my room but at my cost for the difference. Asked for my money back they had to contact their manager understandable they call back and said if I wanted the money back I had to wait in the office which I did and got nothing

Needed a room at the last minute and I got a single queen at a very reasonable price. Large, clean room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Great location on Hwy. No food but plenty of restaurants in town plus donut shops and McDonalds. Mary Lu (proprietor) was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Needed a room for a young homeless couple and child for a couple nights. Rented a room in the old section - nothing fancy but you could not beat the price anywhere, the room was clean and comfortable, warm and served its purpose beautifully. Also the location couldn't have been better.
