If you ever find yourself in the Endless Mountains the Comfort in Tunkhannock is the place to stay! I promise you will not find another hotel that even comes close to this particular Comfort. Jordan is the sweetest, she goes above and beyond for her guests and I just love her! Her pride in her work really shows through the minute you step to the front desk and are greeted by her contagious energy. When Jordan isn’t there to take care of you Chris steps in and he is just as fantastic. Book a room with a jacuzzi tub but afraid to use a hotel spa tub? Well fear not, I brought my own jet tub cleaner(oh yuck!) and was amazingly surprised to find the tub to be immaculate, no pre cleaning even necessary! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until it was time to go. Jordan greeted us on arrival, getting us checked in and feeling right at home. The facilities and room were perfect for our needs. Tidy, clean and spacious. Housekeeping was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast each morning was delicious and well attended by friendly Bert, who gave us each a hug when we left. Checkout was smooth and effortless thanks to Gary, who asked us about our stay and continuing trip plans. Altogether wonderful. Highly recommended.

The front desk is amazing since I enter and left. The reason I am giving one star is because I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights and not even once in as the room clean and once I spoke to the cleaning lady she kept saying tomorrow I will do it and it never happen. I just want to make people aware of this and for your Holidays to go better than ours.

I walked into this hotel after having a very rough start visiting my husband from out of town, (oil & gas) and was greeted by Jordan at the front desk. Not only where my needs met, I found myself laughing and feeling at home before making it to my room! Came down after I was settled, “Hey Friend, I need snacks from the snack bar!” Made my purchases and she continued to make sure I didn’t need anything else! The room was great, breakfast was amazing and always a full bar no matter the time. If I’m in the area, five hours from home.. I have no reason to look for another place to stay!! Thanks for the hospitality Jordan! Five star ⭐️ and then some!
