Skylark Motel

The lady who checked us in was nice. We went in the room and very disappointed, paying $950 for 4 nights. We left day ahead of schedule. Could not take the dirty room anymore. Will Never go back here. The beds were creaky and not supported. Sheets were dirty looking, and we slept on top of covers. Luckily, we brought our own fuzzy blankets. Very dirty, and the floor needed sweeping and mopping. We asked 3 times each day and they never cleaned the floor. And There were no Washcloths and had to get them next day. There were dust and cobwebs everywhere. We had to wipe down the microwave and refrigerator. The lighting very poor as there was a bulb out in ceiling which they didn't replace.it. We wanted a cheap place centrally located that had ground level rooms with no steps to push our electric scooters into and charge at night. We stopped here and got a room for 75 bucks cash. Has wifi and a shallow small kiddie pool. Room was clean recently done bathroom and clean sheets. Has microwave and refrigerator small coffee pot and TV. It's 2 blocks from the brach and 2 blocks from a dollar general and maybe 5 or 6 from a small wawa. Very nice lady at the counter who takes good care of you.its not the Ritz but for the price and location. Can't beat it. Stayed sept 9th 10th and 11th

What a gem! I ended up coming here on a Monday night after an awards mile booked hotel couldn't find the reservation for myself and my three year old. I was frazzled and they were so kind, the room was a great price, super easy to book, and everyone running the place was top notch. We felt so welcomed and will definitely be coming back. Rania and the other new girl (started a couple months ago) are both so kind and helpful! Some perks: - killer location - daily housekeeping - great clean, warm pool with the perfect depth shallow end for kids - easy parking - super cold AC and dry (not humid!!) rooms - lots of hot water for baths and showers - easy board walk access right by the parks - pizza and convenience store right on the corner - easy to communicate with, always had someone at th

I stayed here for a vacation with friends and had a great experience. The hotel is quiet, which made it very relaxing. The rooms are good for the low price, and everything was clean and comfortable. The boardwalk is less than two blocks away, and there are stores within walking distance, which makes the location excellent. Safety is fine, just a basic door and chain lock, but since Wildwood is generally safe, I had no concerns. The hotel doesn’t serve food or drinks, but the room had a microwave and mini fridge/freezer, and there are plenty of food options nearby. They also provide nice extras like extra pillows, a TV with cable, soap, towels, and washcloths. Overall, for the price, I was very satisfied and would recommend it. I paid $86, plus tax which was $101.95 if I remember correctly.

We booked a last minute 4 day/3 night trip to Wildwood and found this motel at a good price and we were happy with pretty much everything regarding Skylark. Rooms were clean, staff is nice and we're immediately attentive to a couple small issues we had(minor issues not even worth mentioning but we're resolved within minutes of alerting then. We would definitely book with Skylark Motel in the future and would highly recommend!
