I really enjoy it here. The place is small and made for more of a two person place if your looking for long term. Short term a few more would be easy. I have not seen any roaches. The management at this time is very nice. I personally have had ZERO issues or any negative things to say. The lady at the front is also very sweet and amazing. They address my issues in a timely manner. If there is any negative reviews it's probably because the manager has A JOB to do just like everyone who works. He knows how to separate his feelings from his business and that is a great trait to have in life. Any issues I had with literally ANYTHING, all I have to do is have communion and they always find a way to work with me and my family. Had a wonderful time staying HERE. The staff is amazing very helpful and always willing to help. The Property Manager Vanessa Perez is an Absolute Darling. She is so kind and understanding and makes things so easy and comfortable and is always available to talk if I ever had any questions or concerns. She was there since the day I checked in and Her staff as well. |Thank You Guys for making My stay an Awesome experience. And I will be back next month for a few Months stay !!

I’ve had the best experience here so far great rates and such great service here from the front office, they were so kind to help me out with helping me place a date for the weekly rates to make sure I could make payments without any hassles or backtracks and even in the rare instance I did have to backdate a pay or pay a certain amount they even helped me out then which not most places I know would allow🙃they offer monthly biweekly too but the weekly one was most easiest for me, the new manager has also been such a kind communicative person he helps out the best he can and communicates anything confusing and makes sure styff gets fixed if you let them know right away and even let me borrow even some laundry detergent because Christmas Day having everything closed so I couldn’t buy any for

I would like to say that this place has improved 100 % since the new manager Mike has taken over. There is no longer a bunch of traffic in and out of here, no more homeless hanging around and using the laundry room, the property looks amazing compared to what it looked like before Mike took over. Please keep Mike here.

Considering the cost of living in Tucson right now, I appreciate the affordability for what you get. It's treated like a long term stay, so the security, attention to maintenance, and communication are great. I've been here since April and we have been very happy. The TVs are large and quality, and the onsite laundry is great. And we have made it our own. The manager Monica is wonderful!
